The Challenge:

When you call ALLO Fiber, you talk with a real person, not a robot. This human-centric perspective is a big part of ALLO's brand equity, and it's shared in every aspect of their business. Our job was to make people engage with and remember this brand promise: ALLO has humans that can do it all. Our concept needed to position ALLO as the obvious choice over competitor's impersonal, automated systems.

The Solution:

We created memorable comedy by using a serious tone on something totally unserious: switching your internet provider to ALLO. By baiting the audience with drama and switching into comedy, we reinforce ALLO as a human-driven business with a sense of humor. Each video validates customers' authentic experiences and reinforces the value of ALLO's brand promise.
