Reaching More Teachers

A hiring campaign to recruit more teachers for Head Start programs throughout the community.

Community Action Partnership (CAP) is on a mission to build the future of early childhood education. Through the Head Start program, they help low-income families get the care and education every child deserves. As the demand for their services continued to grow, so did their need for new Head Start teachers. 

We put our minds to the test and created a hiring campaign to build awareness and drive traffic to their hiring portal. Head Start teachers are special. We needed a way to communicate that. They have hearts to help the underserved and impact students and their entire families! To get this message across, we collected photos and videos of CAP teachers and students, so the community could see and hear first-hand just how meaningful being a Head Start teacher can be. 

The campaign included digital ads, billboards, photos, and videos. Our campaign generated almost 800k impressions and reached nearly 90k people.
