Cornhusker State Games Gets a Makeover
The Nebraska Sports Council passed the torch to redthread to create a visually striking Cornhusker State Games logo.
The Cornhusker State Games came to redthread needing a new logo. An almost 40 year annual Nebraska tradition for athletes and those less inclined, we jumped at the opportunity. And with many CSG logos before us, we needed something drastically fresh (good thing that’s our bread and butter). You don’t have to take our word for it, but … WE LOVE IT!
Logos are fun for us. While some see a picture within words at a passing glance, we see a story and a chance to find nuances in an overlooked space. You don’t have to nerd over graphics to enjoy this logo, either! Heck, I’m the writer and I’m mesmerized by the subtle curvature of the font, the hidden torch, the complimentary colors, all of it.
